		<description>I understand that this is not the forum for complaints, however because Amazon refused to help in any way to resolve my issue I feel like I should be able to say what I want and where.

&lt;br /&gt;I am sure that the product is a fine product. It is a cheap Snuggie imitation that only costs about $20.00. I am sure that if I would have received this product my sister (who it was a present for) would have appreciated this novelty item to add to her Red Sox collection. Unfortunately she never got her present.

&lt;br /&gt;UPS, who claimed responsibility, has also turned a blind eye to my plight. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service department to no avail. Before you say that this is not the right place for me to express my dissatisfaction, let me remind you that I have already spoken to both Amazon and UPS with little to no headway. What about the seller you say? So far Melissa Frizzell at Sports Fan Shop has been nothing but patient and forward with the recovery process. She has stated that she is working with UPS to solve this problem. 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Fortunately for me I have only lost around $27.74 after shipping costs and a lot of time dealing with this issue. In the future I will order products from Melissa and her distributing company, I will probably come back to Amazon as well for they have not done much wrong except to have an extremely unhelpful, impersonal, and unwilling customer service department. Provided I do not have to speak to that department in the future, I will utilize this website. As for UPS, in my 32 years on this planet I have never been more dissatisfied with a company. From &quot;lost&quot; items to incomplete deliveries to an even worse customer service department, I have had very little success with UPS. I will not promote any other delivery company here, just my unhappiness with UPS.

&lt;br /&gt;To anyone still reading this: Wow you must be bored! But what I have said is true and should serve as a warning to consumers to research the companies you are dealing with. Some of the biggest names couldn&#039;t be less helpful. While some of the smaller distributor are willing to always go the extra mile to gain a customer&#039;s business.
